Business Plans Creating foundation,
setting in stone
Service we offer:
IBN is a consulting company that offers quality and professional business plans, written to the precise requirements of small to medium sized companies and start-ups operating within South Africa. We aspire to providing you with a unique and accurate business plan to exceed your expectations.
To get started, you will need to fill out a form requesting our services, after which we will shortly contact you to develop an understanding of your business, including your requirements.
Next, we require a 50% deposit to commence activity on your project and a disclosure agreement will be signed by both parties.
We will then set up a meeting to your convenience, either in person or over the phone, and discuss the necessary details regarding the development of your business plan.
The information we gather from these meetings will be used as a base for the business plan, and it will be easily modifiable at a later stage should you feel the need.
You will be well informed with regard to progress and notified of any concerns we may discover.
Once your business plan is ready for you, the other 50% payment is required.
We then arrange for a presentation of your business plan, whereby terms are explained in detail and measures are taken to ensure that the plan is clear and understandable.
How we can help you:
1. To create focus. Businesses generally have more than one person involved. A business plan helps to reduce ambiguity and gets your partners or stakeholders thinking on the same level.
2. Reduce the likelihood of mistakes. The sooner a business plan is implemented, the more likely a business will take-off. Miscalculations like hiring the wrong staff or not budgeting effectively can be avoided from the start.
3. To attract a cash inflow. Whether raising money yourself or borrowing it, a business plan will be required to prove that the business has direction and is not idling along at its own pace.
4. To encourage a forward looking mentality. A solid foundation is created when all rules are defined. During times of stress, deviation from goals can be prevented. Priorities are established, performance is measured, and the business is forced to stay on track.
